1. Our principles
We send marketing and educational messages only to people who have given explicit consent or who have an active business relationship with us. Every message includes clear sender identification and an unsubscribe option.
2. What you can expect
Account-related messages (security alerts, statements, trade confirmations) are sent for as long as your account is active. Marketing messages can be opted out of at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message.
3. Third-party communications
OKxUAE does not authorise third parties to send marketing or sales communications on our behalf. If you receive a message claiming to be from OKxUAE that you believe is unsolicited, please report it to [abuse@okxuae.example].
