1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which our services are prohibited or restricted.
2. Account opening
Account approval is at our sole discretion and is subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds review, and acceptance of all applicable risk disclosures.
3. Trading rules
All trades are subject to our trading conditions, leverage limits, margin requirements, and acceptable-trading-practice rules in force at the time. We may decline, amend, or close out trades that breach those rules.
4. Fees and charges
Spreads, commissions, financing rates, and inactivity fees are published in the platform and may change with reasonable notice. You are responsible for reviewing current charges before placing trades.
5. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including market disruptions, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or actions of third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Termination
Either party may close the account in accordance with the procedures published on the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
