OKxUAE does not offer services to residents of restricted jurisdictions or to any jurisdiction where the offering, distribution, or use of forex, CFD, margin based, or leveraged products would be contrary to local law or regulatory requirements.
2. Specifically excluded regions
Services may not be available to residents of the United States, European Union, United Arab Emirates, GCC countries, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, or any other restricted jurisdiction as determined by applicable law, regulation, or internal compliance review.
3. How we determine residency
Residency is determined at account opening based on the documents and declarations you provide. We may decline applications, request additional verification, or close accounts where we believe residency is misrepresented.
4. Travel and access
Temporarily travelling to a restricted jurisdiction does not necessarily affect your account status, but accessing the platform from sanctioned locations may be blocked for compliance reasons.
